House Book, by Tasaab
Terms
Draft for review, 8 October 2026 — not yet in force. This is a pilot on a test server; it will change before anyone else is invited.
These terms are between you and Tasaab LLC. By starting, claiming or using a House Book you agree to them. The privacy page is part of them.
A pilot
The House Book is a free pilot, open to homeowners in the United States. It may change, pause or stop. We will tell you before anything you saved is affected.
Your own home only
Start or claim a House Book only for a home you own. Invite only people who look after it with you, and only with their agreement. Don't try to open someone else's House Book, use it to learn about the people who live in a home, or get around a sign-in. We may end access for anyone who does.
What the report is, and isn't
Your home's report is a feasibility screen built from public records. It is not a permit decision or approval, a survey, an appraisal, or legal, engineering or geotechnical advice. Nothing Tasaab produces is signed, sealed or approved; a licensed professional — an engineer, geologist, surveyor, or the city — must confirm anything before you rely on it. Public records can be wrong or out of date. Where something can't be settled from the record, the report says "not determined" and names what is missing; it never guesses.
Your House Book
What you save is yours, and should be true as far as you know. Don't save anything about getting into the house (codes, keys, alarms); the House Book refuses it. Photos you keep should be of your own house.
Your own AI
If you connect an AI app, that app and its company are not part of Tasaab. Its answers are its own words; the figures in them come from your record. It can only propose — you decide what is kept. What it reads is handled under its company's terms, not ours.
No warranty
The pilot is provided as it is, without promises that it is free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, Tasaab LLC is not liable for losses from relying on the report or the House Book without a licensed professional's confirmation.
Stopping
You can stop using the House Book at any time, and delete your House Book yourself at the bottom of your House Book. For anything else, write to info@tasaab.com.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, and disputes go to the courts of King County, Washington.
Changes
When these terms change, the new version goes here with its date.
